The pricing and descriptions of products can also be amended at any point without notice being given. We aim to display the colours of our bags as accurately as possible, however as resolution, print methods and screen settings can affect how an item is displayed the accuracy of colours cannot be guaranteed. All purchases are checked for any sign of fault before being dispatched, but in the unlikely event that the item you receive is faulty, please contact us immediately quoting your order number, name and address, product details and details of the fault. We will do our utmost to rectify the situation. You have 30 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us. All items are your responsibility until they reach us. Please ensure you package the item in a suitable way to avoid any third party damage. The return should be sent within 14 days. Sidewinder Apparel is not liable for the cost of returning items or unreceived packages. If you do not receive the item that you ordered please contact us immediately quoting your order number, name and address and product details for our immediate attention.
